INF Robotics PRIVACY POLICY Last modified: September 23, 2017 INF Robotics INC and its affiliates (collectively, “INF Robotics”) operate websites and domains (collectively, the “Sites”). Applicability and Acceptance of Privacy Policies on the Sites By viewing, accessing, browsing, or otherwise using the Sites, or viewing, accessing, browsing or otherwise using any service or product provided by or referenced in the Sites, you (“You” or “Your”) acknowledge, accept, consent and agree to the terms of the privacy policies on the Sites. If You do not completely agree to the terms of the privacy policies on the Sites, INF Robotics asks You to please not access or use the Sites. You further acknowledge, accept, consent and agree that INF Robotics may at its option, in its sole and absolute discretion, amend, modify or otherwise change the privacy policies on the Sites (collectively, “Changes”) at any time and from time to time, without prior notice or cause. All Changes will become part of this Agreement effective immediately upon INF Robotics posting of the Changes on the Sites, and You hereby automatically and unconditionally acknowledge, accept, consent and agree to any and all Changes. You hereby acknowledge, consent, accept and agree that You will carefully review the privacy policies on the Sites from time to time on a regular basis, so that You are aware of Changes. If any such Changes are not entirely acceptable and agreeable to You, You should immediately discontinue, and no longer view, access, browse or otherwise use the Sites. Your Consent; Information that INF Robotics Collects on the Sites INF Robotics may collect the following type of information from You: first name, last name, street address, city, state, zip code, cross streets, phone number, email address, location (e.g. via GPS), and credit card or other payment information. INF Robotics may also collect information concerning Your usage of the Sites, as well as preferences, inquiries and comments that You may disclose or otherwise provide involving or relating to the products and services that INF Robotics provides. This information is collectively called “Personally Identifiable Information”, or “PII”. Through the INF Robotics Sites, third party merchants and others may collect PII that You may from time to time provide. In addition to PII, INF Robotics may collect aggregated information regarding access and usage that reflect but do not reveal either Your or other persons’ individual PII. This includes information of a demographic, computer profile or statistical nature. This information is collectively called “Non Personally Identifiable Information”, or “Non PII”. INF Robotics may utilize “cookies”, anonymous identifies and other tracking technologies to provide our Sites and present you with information that is customized for You. Most browsers allow you to control cookies. INF Robotics may also utilize analytics tools, such as “Google Analytics” to collect information about use of the Sites. You are not legally obligated to provide us PII or Non PII. However, by viewing, accessing, browsing or otherwise using the Sites you are in each instance consenting to the terms of the privacy policies on the Sites, and confirming that you are consenting to the collection, processing and sharing of Your or other persons’ PII and Non PII. The Sites are not intended for use by children under the age of 13. If you are under the age of 13, please do not visit or use the Sites. INF Robotics does not knowingly collect PII information from children under the age of 13. INF Robotics’ Use of Information it Collects on the Sites INF Robotics uses PII from time to time in a number of ways. INF Robotics may use PII to communicate with You concerning INF Robotics’ policies and procedures and changes to INF Robotics’ policies and procedures; and Your PII and Non PII, to communicate with You concerning products and services that are offered by or through INF Robotics, products and services that You may express interest in or select, and to advise and bring to Your attention products and services that may in the future be offered by or through INF Robotics. This may also include enabling You to create, edit, publish and distribute communications concerning the products and services offered by or through INF Robotics. INF Robotics may also use PII to permit You to open accounts and enter into, and to assist with the completion and execution of, orders and other transactions. INF Robotics uses Non-PII from time to time in a number of ways. INF Robotics uses Non-PII to track and analyze access and usage of the Sites and to administer, improve and enhance the Sites, improve Your experience with the Sites, as well as the products and services offered by INF Robotics by or through the Sites. INF Robotics’ Disclosure of Information it Collects on the Sites: Routine INF Robotics shares and discloses PII from time to time to its affiliates; merchants and their affiliates to accept, process and fulfill an order or other transaction; and to vendors and service providers who assist with the development, rollout, improvement, hosting and administration of the Sites. INF Robotics shares and discloses Non PII from time to time to its affiliates and third parties as it shall determine in its sole and absolute discretion. INF Robotics’ Disclosure of Information it Collects on the Sites: Non Routine INF Robotics reserves the right in its sole and absolute discretion to disclose PII and Non PII (a) in connection with a merger or sale of INF Robotics, or all or any portion of its assets or equity; (b) in connection with any bankruptcy, reorganization or similar proceeding involving INF Robotics, (c) as may be required by applicable laws or regulations of any international, national, federal, or local government or governmental body; or (d) to comply with legal process including, without limitation, any order, requirement or request of any court or other judicial body; or (e) as INF Robotics shall determine in its sole and absolute discretion to defend, protect and secure its property, rights, business, operations, or other rights. Linked Sites The Sites may at any time and from time to time display, provide, refer to or contain links to other websites of third parties. This Privacy Policy does not extend to, cover or in any way address, and INF Robotics bears no responsibility whatsoever for, the privacy practices of any third party including, without limitation, such websites. By providing access to such websites, INF Robotics does not represent, warrant or guarantee the privacy of Your PII and Non PII. Your access and use of such links and website is and shall at all times remain entirely at Your own risk, including, without limitation regarding Your PII and Non PII. INF Robotics’s Protection of Your PII INF Robotics has designed its Sites to achieve security and protection of PII consistent with prevailing industry standards. Notwithstanding, the internet and computers involve substantial risks that PII will not remain confidential. Accordingly, INF Robotics can’t ensure or guarantee that Your PII will remain absolutely confidential. Accessing and Correcting You PII; Opt-Out You have the right to request a copy of the PII that INF Robotics maintains concerning You. To request a copy, You should contact INF Robotics at: info@INF Robotics.Com. INF Robotics may charge a reasonable fee for this service. You may request INF Robotics to correct or delete information which You believes is inaccurate. To delete or correct any of your PII that we may be storing, You may submit a request by sending an email to info@INF Robotics.Com. You may determine that You no longer wishes to receive emails from INF Robotics. You may effect this by selecting the unsubscribe link at the bottom of each email that INF Robotics sends. California Privacy Rights and Deletion of Content California Civil Code Section 1798.83 permits You, if you are a California resident, to request information regarding our disclosure of PII to third parties for their marketing purposes. To make such a request, You should send an email to info@INF Robotics.Com. Under that Section, INF Robotics is only required to respond to one request per user per year. California Business and Professional Code Section 22581 permits You, if you are a California residents under the age of 18 and a registered user, to remove content or PII that You have publicly posted. If you wish to do so, please notify us by sending an email to info@INF Robotics.Com, and we will comply with Your request to the extent required by the Section.
